their statements are unaudited, but don't think the NYSE is gonna let another LUCKIN happen. Hell, that's probably why the CCP is fucking with them right now, Jack Ma said some stupid shit, but that's not enough to dismantle the company and seize investor assets.

Seriously everyone keeps talking about CCP selling assets off, but china is angling for global soft-power, they don't want to do anything to scare away foreign investment.

I always ask when the last time the CCP seized assets from a company and no one can fucking name one. The current regulatory thing is just to make sure ANT has the collateral to back up it's obligations, THAT'S A GOOD THING for anyone investing on a horizon longer than 3 months. CCP just doesn't want it to be a luckin pump-n-dump, which made them look like shit.
