First off, it was Israel that had the covenant with God, not Judah. Jews are descendants of Judah and are 1/12 of the descendants of Israel.
Second, the covenant was fulfilled by the arrival and sacrifice of Jesus Christ. Jews rejected Him and since have lost all their priests, their temple, and out of sheer cope had to swap lineage from paternal to maternal otherwise there'd be nothing left.
Jews are not God's chosen people. They were part of a larger group that had a covenant with Him which is no longer valid.
