Missed the dip last week, but my LCS just had someone sell them some rounds today so I got a bunch of them after work.
They cost slightly less than if I bought a tube of Krugs at last week's bottom.

Thing is, the previous owner put all of them in capsules. Should I remove them or just leave them in?

As a former powerlifter in high school and college, I used to think that too, then work made me do 60+ hours a week so I didn't have time to go to the gym.

Wanting to at least maintain a bench max of 315 lbs, I used to do 75 push ups a day.

I lost more fat and surprisingly kept my max 2 months after going to the gym.

I been increasing daily push ups since then now I'm doing 8 sets of 50 5 days a week.

My chest got significantly more defined and bigger and belly fat is gone.

I severely underestimated push ups, sit ups and squats
