What does it do?
Farms and drains each farm they use the harpoon on

Who benefits?
Surf holders will received the drainage rewards

Where does the drained eth go?
Into the whirlpool which pays out 1% a day

Why are they doing this? Isn’t it bad for farms?
Yeah it’s bad for farms. They can get fucked kek.

Name some farms that pissed you off and that you would like to see get fucked by the harpoon.
