Yea its 200ish tonnes of good ore, but the trail to the original mines long obliterated by talus slope movement. O well your right I ll get to it eventually. That particular spots also fairly remote, at least my hard rock prospect with the good silver ore is on a modern logging road.

its doable but the juries out on if it will break even, two different companies have tested deep (as in 2miles and deeper) mining robots in the waters off PNG. The work has come under fire as its horribly destructive to deep sea life living around mineral smokers and its also come under fire fore being impractical as the machines constantly jam or break down while working and have to be brought back to the surface for repairs. The techs only in its infancy so i am sure we will see changes eventually. Diamond and placer gold miners have been using robot rigs off south africa and even in nome alaska for 5 years now, but thats much shallower water.
