Depending in location a pressure washing/building maintenance/ handyman service. Focus on businesses; food service needs cleanings before inspections and in the back getting up grease (fall hazard, sell on the liability). Niggers and their gum in front of every convenience store. Strip malls. Gas stations. Industry/manufacturing cleanups. Doing residential/roofs is a different game and pretty annoying without people skills and patience for boomers being jews/talky.

Do PM when it's slow, paint touch up, swap light bulbs, sweep/blow parking lots, lawn care even (if there's no spics to ruin pricing). Sois have no idea how to do this and businesses farm this stuff out to write it off.

Pretty intensive at first, can switch to paying someone once it gets going with enough work. Can get lucky and land a big contract out of nowhere...but most places are infested with Mexicans or national chains that do it for 2 dollars a day "profit" per truck because they can. Helps to know people/small local community/rich church fucks with small-medium businesses willing to give you a chance.
