They will care at $60k though, then you'll get to see the previous ATH interest be broken on google trends.

lmao. the lack of sophistication here should be expected i suppose. investors aren't going to wait until a business declares they're fucked, they are examining the credit lines being drawn and making a judgement call on whether or not the company will survive. that judgement is then PRICED IN to the stock.

here's one such headline crossing the wire;
Astronics It said it drew down $150 million from its existing line of credit and is in preliminary discussions with its agent bank around potential modifications to its loan agreement that may be required as a result of the COVID-19 impacts to the aerospace industry.
It is cutting its capex plan to $10 million for all of 2020, down from previous expectations of $22 million to $25 million. It has frozen hiring, suspended all wage adjustments and bonus programs and will cut workers.
