they only have to pay $29 million of their debt load by 2023 and the rest isn't due until 2026, so I would be incredibly shocked if they entered bankruptcy talks by even 2024 to be honest. BBBY isn't even close to being profitable while PRTY actually already is.

I do agree that the IV is stupid high and a calendar spread should probably work, but the put premium seems like the safest bet.
