this, but then a friend gave me a couple so i could try it for a week or so, and i actually felt a really big improvement on the concentration part (not so much on sleep since my schedule is fucked up so it wont get fixed unless i fix that). My main strategy is small investments on growing coins (i buy and keep it no more than a few weeks max then move to another) on dextools so i work with a lot of really small numbers and my concentration has decreased over the years, even more when it's little details. After using it for 2 months i can say i've had a major improvement, it's not as life-changing as some people make it out to be but it definitely does its job and you lose nothing for trying it, different people have different resistances.

For me it's shit like $DEXT and $UNI just to get airdrops. $IOU too of course. I get out if I see any dump bullshit happening.
