in the OP links there is a pastebin with basic info on how to research these companies and figure out if there any good. This is a very volatile part of the industry and not really the best place to start with beginners. I would suggest looking at the bigger companies first and learn from there.

Also what part of the world are you interested in looking at, there are many different regions to investigate.
