How do I short Canada?

I have $20,000 CAD and no expenses. What would be a prudent investment if I don't understand cryptocurrency and hate waging?

I've got 20,000 CAD in the bank doing nothing. I live at home. Employment was with my dad making a buck over minimum wage. Not sure how long that will keep up as my hours are cut and there isn't enough work to go around.

What should I be doing with this money? I've thought of hiring private tutors to learn some professional skills which I could then hopefully leverage into a better job. I have basically no network because of how long the commute is so I thought of moving out but would rather not piss away my money on rent - maybe use the money on a down payment once I find another job? Have also considered using the money to build a business - I've had my friend build me some automation scripts and it was really enjoyable work to coordinate with him.

Why the fuck does anyone even bother saving in an environment like this? These bailouts were coming regardless of COVID. Trudeau will leave us with a quarter of a trillion dollars worth of debt, retards without savings will get free money while I still have to work. Is the risk here inflation or deflation? On the one hand you have central banks all over the place doing QE or the equivalent, but then you've also had demand drop enormously since people are staying home - petrol at our gas station went from $1.49 to $1.17 (about $0.60 of both being taxes) in just over a week.
