Lmao, they would give you some bs promise like we first need to see you perform like a team lead for a year but after that you get a raise. Expect like 15% more, which is basically inflation + 5%.

I know countless of teamleads who took a demotion because gettimg payed 15k more to work 15 hours a week more while having to deal with so much BS simply isn't worth it.
