I've wasted the past 3 years of my life doing nothing but sit in front of my computer trading crypto and I've made basically nothing at the end of it all

Am I a degenerate? I went from $1mil net worth at the top to -40k at the bottom. No job and AI replaced my career at the worst possible moment (recruiter friend even told me I'm fucked). Couldn't pay rent and out of desperation took out a $1k loan, put it on bybit with high leverage right before bitcoin mooned in jan. Almost back to $100k currently. There is no one in my life I can tell this story to.
