There aren’t any projects based on sound blockchain tech capable of handling that much volume at the moment, and none that I see on the horizon in the next 6 months.

The thing is, first is everything in crypto. Once it gets going and is proven reliable, there’s much less room to improve on it compared to ethereum before OMG. In my opinion it’s unlikely to be unseated at all. Same with ethereum.

All of those points have now been fixed in the last 2 months. ETH top developers now support it as currently the ONLY way to scale ethereum. I don’t need to tell you how important being first is in this market.

US regulators have given the go ahead, coinbase listed it, bitfinex is using the actual working product to move USDT because it’s cheaper and faster for them than anything else.

This is literally the beginning of what they promised in 2017 and the price rose to $28 in response to that. Currently the price is less than 1/15th of that. None of the above achievements have been properly priced in because people like you fail to see past a skateboard meme and recognise an actually useful, economically viable working product.
