My lil Litecoin isn't doin sum

I'm 24 I make 230k a year. My company can move me to japan since I qualify for the hsp visa but I then only make 195k a year. My gf also wants to move with me as well. After one year though I get permanent residency and can get more money anyhow

I'm one of those ex-chads with a partner count of 30 that got mindraped by a facemelting breakup. My mojo is completely gone now. I used to be low-inhib, walk up to people, ask for numbers with zero fucks. Now I sit in my cave and play vidya all day, with crippling social anxiety. 1 year later and I get nervous talking to old women cashiers

I barely played any vidya in the past, but a rough breakup recently put me into a nasty depression and I ended up becoming a giga vidya consoomer in all my spare time. Now I'm desperately trying to find ways to quit, and after having uninstalled and reinstalling steam about 20 times so far this year, I can finally say I have a problem.

Someone on /fit/ just recommended the AVRT method to me, so I'm gonna read that book ("Rational Recovery" by Jack Trimpey) so I'll give that a go I guess.
