good or safe?

Most dividend aristocrats and champions have safe divies but their yield are between 1% and 4% with things like T being an outlier at 5.35%

My holdings (see pic) are in the black and my old watchlist is in the red, although I am looking to buy a couple.

payout ratio determines how safe it is, you'll want to look for anything below 60% unless it is a dividend king or aristocrat. Also if its a REIT payout ratio is irrelevant you'll want to look at FFO. REITs have to pay 90% of their profits into dividends to keep their taxable status
