because it lets you trade, manage assets, organize taxes, price alerts etc. across dozens of exchanges from one UI/trading desk. it massively streamlines the whole process. try it out for free (free version limited to 3 exchanges), it's game changing. that's just the terminal, they also have a number of other products in the works as seen in pic rel. for 750k marketcap it's grossly undervalued.
