Pour over,
There is a 100% autism recipe but I swear it makes the best cup of coffee your beans can possibly make. Even then I rarely can be arsed:
Grind medium coarse
Tetsu Kasuya‘s method:

(Weight of coffee * 3)=water per pour
Pour 5 times with 45s spacing

If you want to increase sweetness pour less water on the first pour and make up for it on the second, more acidity vice versa.

It’s a lot of effort but is pretty much peak coffee
