If you had to catch a train and you just got to the station in time, but you weren't absolutely certain that the train literally about to pull away was the correct train or not, would you jump on, or take a chance to double check?
Because that's the situation you find yourself in. You could take the time to double check, and you MIGHT not miss the train, or you can just jump in, and figure it out when you're on the train.
What's the worst that can happen? You get off at the next stop and have to make new plans.
But if you don't get on the train at all. Well, that's a whole new kettle of shit.
