Kleros jurisdiction is only the smart contract, it's not going to make warrants or arrest people LMAO. It only controls the Eth or Tokens in the smart contract only if you choose to add it to the contract code. It prevents scams since kleros can override the contract and return ETH to the investors. All ICOs that dont use kleros will look like scams.

Now that we're going back to 1k, I think we need to sit down and have a discussion on how to deal with ICOs. I propose that we no longer buy ICOs and only buy DAICOs from now on.
Any company that is trying to get funding without a DAICO should get laughed at.

What is a DAICO?
Imagine an ICO where you put the funds in, but it has inbuilt mile-stones. At first only 10% of the funds are released to the development team. Every milestone has a deadline. If they hit the milestone by the deadline then those funds are released to the development team. If they fail, those funds are pushed to the next deadline/milestone in which both milestone tasks need to be done by. If all milestones hit their deadline and have not been completed: The ether refunds to the wallets of the investors and their DAICO token returns to the company.

If all of the milestones ARE achieved then the last of the funds are unlocked to the startup team, and all of the investors DIACOs are 'converted' to utility tokens for the product they funded and will autonomously receive some % of the profit it generates as an income generating asset.

By doing this we eliminate the the millions of bullshit vaporware products and we provide devs an actual incentive to get shit done on time. This is the way forward and the technology is already there:

DO NOT invest in ICOs. Demand DAICOs. This way exit scams are impossible and the only way shitcoin investors can lose money is if they invest in a product and it gets built and no one wants it so it generates no profit.
