I like how the market is differentiating all the coins. Payment is a killer use case for sure. Governance by dedicated stakeholders is another.
The scariest part about a shared masternode is having someone else control your funds. That person can walk away.

I too have noticed sentiment completely change. No one even believes the 'store of value' nonsense that boomers used to say.
Alts are obviously overtaking BTC's usecase as a medium of exchange and so much more. Meanwhile BTC is somehow shittier than ever.
