Ever been in an airport and there's a wifi gateway? Like that. Individuals taking fiat or crypto on a payment page that normies access. Simpler than what they use now.

Infographic explains why the law can't do much about consumer grade wifi on private property.

Every day we're getting closer to mainnet for Skywire and the beginning of coinhours being exchanged and in circulation.

The only counterargument that fudders have left essentially boils down to
>these things AREN'T DONE YET, TH-THEY'LL NEVER GET DONE!
Which is pretty much just crying over their assumptions of what a coin should or shouldn't be in its alpha stages. Even a surface look at the project shows constant development and building steam as it gets its actual marketing efforts rolling. Things like installing Skywire in LA or some other major city.

Sky continues to deliver consistently, and is driving towards Skywire main net, coinhour exchange/market, and Obelisk implementation. If you've wanted to get in on a coin in its very early alpha stage, this is the one to get in on.

That's not a guy, that's a fictional female video game character and her name is Metroid. She shoots monsters and doesn't afraid of anything.

Let's start off on some information about s᠍kywire, which is why s᠍kycoin will have better staying power in the months and years to come. It's easy to abandon worthless coins like dentacoin, much more difficult when your tech is anchored to the real world.

So to continue, Skycoin is pretty interesting because it physically circumvents things like DNS companies that want to censor websites (Cloudflare) or hosting providers that want to censor websites (Dreamhost) or government agencies that have physical collection buildings (NSA) and partner with ISP companies to collect. Most of the real world and intellectual work here will be hinged on figuring out the most competitive way to connect cities, suburbs, and rural areas over wired and wireless connections.

Powerline works with Skywire. Pretty much anything can be used for networking. The key to Skywire is the software and infrastructure.

Powerline tech doesn't work through transformers and other power infrastructure, but you could totally wire up an apartment complex on powerline and make the endpoint Skywire.

Even if you could do it through a neighborhood, that puts your internet connection at the mercy of a power company. Ideally people will hook up their miners/antennas to battery backups, making the internet resistant to power flickers and outages.

Hmm, but how do you know this was a bad actor in the sky community and not someone that just wanted to create a stir?

Skycoin does give skydiving lessons, but it's from a helicopter and it's only for communists.

You guys don't even realise the scope of this project.
It isn't some bs erc20 ICO from 3 months ago, it's a huge project with multiple teams working on it for over 6 years.
Do yourself a favour https://github.com/skycoin
