I bought a million dollar software company in Liechtenstein for fun once. Got 100% for 1€.

I know the owner and this saved him some taxes.

And this is just not a good way to think about stocks. A stock has intrinsic value based foremost on its liquidation value. What money would you get if the company would get liquidated today. THAT is the stocks purest form of intrinsic value.

And then you move that out to the future. What the company will earn, what dividend it will pay out, cash flow and what a company would be worth if liquidated in 3//5/10 years.
This is the realistic approach to intrinsic value and then fundamentals. And all these factors differ and move and are weighted differently by different people.

But saying: A stocks intrinsic value is it's dividend is just plain wrong. If your KO gets liquidated today it's intrinsic value is the value you get paid out. Not the dividend.
