As far as ICP tokens go this one is alongside Dragginz as one of the few obvious winners. ICL is a utility token that they're tying into every core part of their platform in one way or another. This DAO is another significant move toward adding utility to it.

Over 50% of icp's initial supply was sold between 3 cents (half of that 50%), 63 cents (20% of that) and .80 cents (30%). $9.8 is overvalued as fuck and it is entirely possible to dump below $1 and maybe even below not accounting for 10% yoy inflation.

Personally my price target is around, $1 or under to start buying
