I'm 26 and my dad took me in the office a few weeks ago and told revealed how much money he has. Then he revealed how much money my grandfather has. Honestly, I wish he hadn't. It's killed my motivation for working hard. I have a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering and a MBA. I work in the strategy department at an oil company and I've been slacking off lately.

Anyone else here with moderately wealthy parents bored with life?

I'm 27 finishing up my PHD in chemical engineering. A few days ago I went to a party and some 32 year old supply chain faggot snootily tells me he's the Senior Director of "Supply Chain Excellence". I looked at his linkedin and he only has 9 years of experience. How the fuck is this possible? I'm jealous.

When I was a kid you would barely get promoted to manager after 10 years experience. What happened?
