I really want to get a better understanding of how the spark token works as a gateway to passive income but their paper leaves me with more questions than answers

Some questions I have are:

- What does FBA mean? (Federal Byzantine agreement)

- How does spark token create FXRP?

- Is being an agent truly access to passive income?

- Is there more airdrops related to flare after? How can I prepare for that?

- How will the voting process work? 1 spark = 1 vote, will I have to register to vote or prove that I hold token?

I recognize they are here long term and I’m very interested to see where they go, any insight to what their future plans are and how they work?

Now that Ripple are launching Flare are we going to see it being utilized by major financial institutions? I never seriously though major institutions or organizations would ever build on Ethereum not because they don't want too but because it's pretty much impossible to build anything that works reliably and isn't susceptible to some type of exploit.. Could Flare flip ETH as the smart contract platform of choice for big money?
