better version of aframe. has 1500 sq foot garage, modern insulation and more windows

drop this on a 4+ acre lot, all in for 200k.
if i get sick of it i can easily rent it out to pay expenses/ equity. but a 1k sqft garage would be kino

how would yall feel about living in a barndominium
basically a massive garage with living quarters.
could have a awesome computer lab in the garage
