I lift and I feel incredibly drained, and I get bags under my eyes and feel all around like a lightheaded tired piece of spaghetti afterwards. HIIT does that to me too. I think once I drain my glycogen reserves I become a train wreck. Maybe LISS or just general cardio can help because I guess I suck at restoring the glycogen, retrieving it from my liver, or something along those lines, idk.

What happens is I can do 15 slow, fully extended pullups (or 25 half assed ones) for one set, and then I can wait 30 minutes and not be able to even do 8. After a full workout I feel so drained afterwards like I'm going to die.

I take my vitamins, iron, vitamin d, zinc etc, get all the protein in, but I think my body just has a naturally week constitution.

Very good. I tried a few trades and am under watch, can't daytrade anymore. The few I did were good winners, but I would definitely be caught as they are instantly noted and recorded by the broker. Which also means since I am under watch, I got to eat any momentarily losses I have during a day rather than backing out and entering in a better position. Hence I can do nothing but enter when i think it is good and pray predictions are right since I can't maneuver myself. It is awful stress.
