The most realistic house that's decent that I could buy is around 350k€ and its so fucking far from Barcelona, 3 hours in a train, holy shit.

And I would have 0 liquidity because im too paranoid to get a mortgage, so I would go all in and buy it, no fucking way I get a mortgage.

So what's the point? I either buy a 300k house that's rather old and very far from BCN (away from family, all the nice restaurants, places to visit, pretty much any resource you would need, escorts, etc) or I get a mortgage for a 800k € house which I doubt i'll get since I make money online and it's too risky even if I was able to get it, if that stopped giving me money or I started making less because it fluctuates I would be on suicide watch, let alone if I had a mortgage.

I just see myself keep living with my mom while I save 100% of what I do since with covid I basically havent gone out in a year.

The only realistic chance I can make 800k€ is if I get a massive fucking gamble, like going all in on BTC and it going to 200k, or buying 145k worth of LINK (8000 right now) and it going to 100€, both kinda retarded out of the aspie predictions
