i should definitely close that shit in the next 39 minutes, right? even at a loss? i dont see it getting much better tomorrow and theta is gaping my anus

is it better to sell a covered call at a more far off expiration date if you are guaranteed a sale vs trying to sell a covered call at a nearer expiration, hoping that your contract is bought and then you can double dip the next month?
this is assuming the premium is the same for both the near and far expiration date, because they are in my case
