PPA is basically just a few companies anyways, honestly may as well just buy the individual stocks (LMT, BA, HON, GD, UTX, RTN, NOC is all of them, minus one or two of those i think) so that you can have voting rights

idk, i like to buy a bunch of individual stocks, making my portfolio into a diverse basket, instead of loading up on 2-6 different stocks like half this damn general seems to

>at least 50% of the tripfags only hold 2 or 3 different stocks

what we should do is start a new one of those every couple of months, so we (well me anyways) can always be the first ones out

then fake death and move to thighland with a jacket lined with gold bars

even if it gains fast, youll be bagholding a while

if it was a 100% winner, then everyone would just do that and nothing else
and if they did that, that would mean those leveraged etf's are nice and bubbly

assume (group of) stocks 'XYZ' has linear growth, its worth $100 the day you buy it, $101 the next day, $102 the day after, ectera and the leveraged etf is worth the same that day

leverage on the etf causes orange line to be your returns with the etf, while no leverage will cause your returns to be the blue line
you beat the market if you sell before day 10, but after that you are bamboozling yourself out of gains

but again, this is a vast oversimplifiction that would only happen in imaginary world of conversation

real world stocks do not have smooth price action like this, and each etf will have a different point where the returns are the same, depending on their leverage (thats a bunch of math that you need to experimentally test for, and by the time you find that sweet spot it will be different anyways)
