Correct. Leaf sec makes the tfsa rules vague about that on purpose because they're faggots. I have been swing trading in mine for years without any issue. It's a smaller account than would catch their interest and my hold periods are often a couple weeks+ so evidently not anything they care about. It's by no means a "professional" trading amount or frequency.
