Phenotype is an expression of genotype, so the divergence in physical appearance attributed to evolution, which are provable genetic alterations, must necessarily also apply to other attributes controlled by genes, i.e intelligence and other mental traits.

You are subscribing to the nonsensical "evolution only happens from the neck down" hypothesis.

Also, you don't necessarily have to answer the question of causation to observe the vast racial disparities in heritable traits. In the argument for racial superiority, it doesn't really matter how whites came to be vastly more intelligent than blacks genetically, it only matters that they did.
