This could be true, but with the advent of staking pools like LinkPool (and surely more to come), it’ll be easier to stake than anticipated. I imagine plenty of people will want to get in on this anyways, because the prospect of making a high-percentage yield will be too much to pass up, especially knowing you get paid in Chainlink (which most here believe will likely appreciate in value.) So you stake your tokens and earn an asset that will probably be higher in price before you put your Chainlink up for staking.
