Hey poor fags. Bitcoin will fall more and probably down to 4k, but it is not going anywhere. I got in at 3k before the pump to 20k. I rode up and then back down 3k. My only regret is not buying more at 3k. We are all going to make it, except for fags that sold and fags that went all in on Bitcoin SV. That is all.

Been trying to get my head around the value of coins relative to both USD and BTC/ETH.
So BTC always has a USD value, and that value has meaning to us because a dollar is always a dollar. It might change in value relative to other currencies but it holds more or less the same meaning to us.
On the other hand altcoins have values given in both USD and BTC/ETH and possibly others. Since most of these coins can't actually be traded for USD directly I assume the dollar value comes from the relative dollar value of the BTC they are worth.
So a change in the value of an altcoin might reflect a change in supply/demand. But say BTC goes up 10% relative to the dollar while your altcoin remains the same value - all else equal, will the altcoin still be worth the same amount of BTC meaning it's gone up in dollar value? Or will the amount of BTC its worth change to be worth proportionately the same dollar value before BTC went up?
