This is what hyperblu is hinting at. The algo repeats cycles whether it's inverted or mirrored, or stretched. In those cycles there's a small window (about a week or so) where buying even a little bit rips the price to andromeda. They also happen in March and June 2021 and March 2022. Outside of those windows, buying has NO EFFECT on the price no matter how much you buy. Retail FOMO during the right time could trigger MOASS apart from the split or recall or other market crash.
