The manipulation seems pretty clear- it keeps going to ATh by a few hundred and then immediately wicking down. The trend looks somewhat bullish imo but I can’t help but feel that the manipulation is bearish for some reason- although this is probably the fashion in which I would manipulate the market if I were trying to accumulate.

Someone please explain this witchcraft to me. I understand that it is possible for the fed to authorize new money without causing inflation like in the 2008 bail-out, but what I don't understand is *how* this is possible.
