Hey /biz

I have an app I've been working on and building for past few months. Its in the beta phase of testing, No users yet as I haven't released it.

Before I release it I want to officially register my company and setup official things needed to be sent to the gov't before I start trying to get users. I am in USA, PA but I've heard I should register my company in Delaware because no tax?

Things I need to do I've been told:
> Open Business bank account
> Incorporate my company in Delaware (gotta fill out forms and shit I guess but what forms?)

I feel like I am missing something, but don't know what?
