I'm coming clean. Back in 2016-17 I developed a strategy with a group for friends to take advantage of the attention /biz/ was getting at the time. Shilling, but with an analytical approach. It was a success. Let me explain.

Myself and friends were discussing the meta of the board and other crypto websites. Namely reddit's sudden draw towards reading /biz/ to find the 'gems in the rough' and asked ourselves how we could exploit that.

What does reddit like more than internet points? Community driven content.

Having thought that I whipped up a document that would complement the whitepaper of the selected coin which was REQ. The document summarized all the speculation involved with REQ, the companies involved, images, really a big piece of eye candy that said nothing new or really anything true for that matter.

People really took to liking the file, the document was viewed over 5000 times on google docs. Word spread reddit started a subreddit dedicated to REQ, we knew we won.

My investment paid off, I never believed in REQ but I was able to humor the ideas they proposed and never delivered, hell most of the things they were pushing would have been impossible without an human element.

I'm only returning to remind you that none of the hype that ever surrounded REQ was real. It was synthetic. I laugh everytime I visit because people still bring up this coin as if it was ever anything other than a whitepaper and a community made explanation of the whitepaper.
