>Is different item, and not as described.
>Start return, send it back.
>It was delivered yesterday.
>No refund yet.
>Email Amazon CS.
>Get response within minutes by Email
>They say "I'm so sorry, but we can't offer any additional insight or action on this matter."

WTF? Should I just wait the 5 day maximum for a refund? Are they not going to give me a refund?

>Sell item to buyer over a month ago.
>Buyer starts unauthorized transaction claim with PayPal today.
>Money is being withheld by PayPal.
>Buyer never contacted me before this, and item was successfully delivered a month ago.


Wat do? I provided the tracking number to the PayPal case, but will I lose the item, and my money? Will the buyer face any legal consequences or have to return the item? I've never ran into this before. Buyer has like 10 feedback..

>They accept by mistake, and say they only want to pay certain amount.
>I relist item, end up counteroffering $8 above their minimum, which is still great.

What in the fucking fuck just happened? I just got double the payment.


I've refunded the second payment, but is there any chance something could go wrong?
