Hey Anon,
Will you do me? Currently working as a web developer, 85k salary. Small business, ~7 employees. The 2 owners are awesome but most of the others working there are douches. I work remotely from home 99% of the time because of how incompetent the atmosphere is. My bosses have grown to fully trust me, I'm the only one allowed to work remote.

I want to either automate my job and make more money for higher output or go freelance and have other clients, or start a different business altogether. 85k sounds like a lot to some but rent is high and I am still paying student loans. I think my bosses are making killer profits off of my work as well. Working 50+ hours per week and doing everything myself is exhausting and I feel like I should be getting more efficient than this.
