I am, capital gains tax here is only 10% if you're not in the top income tax bracket, the limit I'm stuck with is a £16,000 savings limit at which point I no longer qualify for the disability payments I get which also pays my rent and most taxes. Without them I'd be down about £12k a year everything included, and that's just below the £12,300 tax free allowance on capital gains. The law is set up so I can't safely succeed, either I feel trapped on welfare and too scared to invest in case I fuck up and lose my income, but also too worried to come off welfare and invest properly for the same reason. Whatever move I make, government steps in to ensure I don't make it.
