>slice potatos to a medium thickness
>set on rack flat and evenly distributed, its ok if they stack on each other a bit
>drizzle olive oil
>salt, pepper, rosemary (or dill)
alternatively, you can use lemone pepper, or whatever you prefer
>place in oven for 15 minutes
>let cool
>enjoy
