ignore the document for a second. Think about how a bankrupt company will operate after going through bankrutcy ? How will they raise capital? Issue more shares? the float is 2.9billion? Acquire loans? At what interest rate for a formerly bankrupt company?(maybe they will use a shell/holding company) im sure you could search the court records for the testimony the CEO did under oath.
