Systems not goals. Feel like shit? Start a system to get out of feeling bad. The goal is not important at all. Only the system is important. My system so far:

>get up at a decent hour
>don’t eat a big meal after 6pm
>get at least 15 minutes of light a day (preferably much more)
>drink almost exclusively water

Etc etc. the idea is that everyday you follow a system. I’m not working towards a goal of losing 30 lbs or feeling good.

I have a system that I follow 90% or better everyday. I automatically lost 30 pounds and automatically feel great. SYSTEMS NOT GOALS.
