Again, we pump, and the same mindless dingbats waddle on over to the computer to say that Holo is a "PnD". The main argument here against it, being that the HoloFuel (Currently HOT - Holo Token) will not be needed for the protocol to work and therefore people could use any currency. While this is only technically true, it proves most idiots who FUD this project have no clue how any of this will work. So let me help clarify things.

HOT (HoloFuel) will be the main backbone currency for the "Holo" Network. The Holo network will have some back end hApps and primary hApps that it will launch with. These apps will use HoloFuel to operate on the Holo Network. If people decide to use the Holochain code to run their own private version of the Holo Network that uses another currency, that will be possible, but not highly probable. Not only that, but when people see the success of the Holo Network, it will pump the price of HoloFuel and thus spur more usage. Additionally, the mutual credit currency system and gossip system will ensure that Holo Fuel is a more viable currency than traditional blockchain due to its instant transfer speed and infinite availability. This will in turn spur more usage of HoloFuel as a general payment currency and back-feed back into the success of the hApps that launch on the network.

This whole crypto space is full of scams but Holo has been anything but a scam. Constant AMAs on youtube. Constantly having meetups/hackathons around the globe. Actual hardware that isn't 3d printed garbage or raspis glued together. And i understand that this hardware is not needed and is pointless from the standpoint of the power users here, but you don't get that Holo is marketing to the plebs who don't understand shit. I could go on but I know you most of you guys have the attention span of a 10 year old boy.
