Only allow landlords to rent out a property when they have paid it off 100% from the bank. It would stop leeching landlords essentially sub-letting their property and leeching from their tennent as a vehicle to pay off their mortgage + profit. This inflates rent and makes it more expensive than just buying a house with a mortgage. It keeps the poor poorer. Landlords in general make the world a worse place. This rule would also stop the slumlord landlords buying up cheap properties and inflating the prices for them, which is pricing out first time buyers from the market. Smaller, low value properties or fix up properties can't be snapped up by some faggot boomer who has 15k in the bank just to pack in a tribe of niggers for $800 per month next door to you.

To balance out the harshness of the above rule, taxes for landlords will be much more generous.

1. Relax zoning/planning laws. People should be able to build low impact housing (ie not huge fucking flats or warehouses) and have right to reside within their own land. There would be some limits to how close they could build these next to existing houses for privacy etc. When they come to sell the house, that is when all of the health and safety/zoning garbage comes in to effect. Building youe own home will be more cost effective than current market prices and huge corps like barratt homes will be forced to lower their margins or go bust.

2. Do not allow landlords to rent until they fully own the house as they are essentially sub-letting at that point. This would decrease rent prices and make renting a viable option for people not on the housing ladder. It would also stop slum lords dead in their tracks from buying up shitholes soley to rent them out and pricng out first time buyers. Reduce taxes to balance this for landlords who do own their property so they can still make some money.

3. Reduce immigration to a stand still and invest education back in to the UK. Lefty faggots constantly cry about there not being enough doctors and that is because instead of investing in UK born citizens the government and the NHS are quick to rush in street shitter doctors to fill any void they have in the NHS. They become dependent on foreign labour and therefore the economy also does.
All of this will not happen though even if the government did want to do it . Too much public out cry, too many forces at play. The UK is a wealthy nation and people will always try to pile in to get a share of the spoils.
