retard here.

i read the advice, i'm trying not to get fucked too hard by the market.

trying to cover my ass here, not get rich, but if i can beat inflation it's good enough for me

i've got:
treasury bonds for my country locked in for 2027, doing alright
then a couple of investments on shit my bank recommended, obviously they are fucking me hard so i've tried to come up with something.

i need something rock solid.
the bogleheads link in the OP suggested pic related, trying to find stuff that applies accordingly.

can i get an opinion on these?
IE00B4L5Y983

first one is a little more balanced 66% US based or so, recommended by a friend, he got +30% over the last 5 years or so.
the other one is basically S&P 500 i think?
picked vanguard because according to this "if you can" booklet they are good for minimizing cost.
