I always thought the play was to force them to not be able to deliver a dividend to everyone and move away forcing them to do so, which is 30 days past the 22nd of July - so Augg 22nd Gamestop get to pull out and nut all over their face because of their inability to do what they are essentially paid to do. I'm not the chef, 50% of the dividend will be delivered to non CS shares, but they will not be able to deliver nor recall within the 30 days to everyone, hence they will force the closure because of NON DELIVERY OF DIVIDEND, thats how it works. That is the Moass I 100% agree, but to think that gamestop won't have an NFT dividend split asset tagged after they literally say they will, meaning that it comes down to the dividend not being delivered to force the closure of shorts.
