Do Oracles exist yet? How is an Oracle even possible without some level of centralization (Source of deterministic data hosted elsewhere that a Smart Contract node executing someone's contract can rely on for outside-world information)?

Really liked the project, was going to participate in ICO but the hack bullshit, am brainlet and saw it being mentioned a few times so I FOMO'd in last night. Think it's a good project, and will likely see some nice gains, but if it's just being PnD'd right now I'd like to just pull out my ENG and wait for the dump. All the sudden shills talking about ENG out of nowhere the past two days here in /biz/ and reddit are making me paranoid.

If this has just been a bunch of anons with nothing better to do than shill their bags, I'm cool with that.

I believe Rory said the announcement would be posted in the #announcements slack channel. So, if you're not already in the slack[1], join it. Then download the Slack app for your phone, and enable notifications, then set the notifications preferences on the #announcement channel to assblast you when Sergey comes to say "Happy Kwanza" (you'll probably also want to turn off notifications for all the other channels).
